Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits programs, reward structures, and perks
- Conduct compensation surveys and review market trends for competitiveness
- Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and cascading
- Coach managers on performance calibration, feedback, and corrective actions
- Identify training needs and partner with vendors to deliver L&D initiatives
- Track training effectiveness and ROI on learning interventions
- Manage hiring end-to-end across levels, including workforce planning and budgeting
- Leverage ATS and job portals for candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Implement succession planning and career development frameworks
- Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs
- Draft, update, and ensure dissemination of HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain a centralized policy repository and assist in communication
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR-related statutory mandates
- Maintain audit-ready records and support inspections by authorities
- Oversee HR operations covering employee lifecycle activities
- Serve as an escalation point for employee relations and grievance resolution
- Manage relationships with HR vendors: payroll, training providers, consultants
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Handle Naukri.com for recruitment
Requirements
- MBA Human Resources from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute
- Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR functions
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to design and deliver effective presentations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High level of professionalism and integrity
