Are you an HR professional looking to make an impact in a purpose-driven healthcare environment? We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Sonora, CA.
Position Details:
Location: Sonora, CA
Contract: 13 weeks
Tentative Start Date: 09/21
Shift: Day Shift – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Schedule: On-Site, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Must have EPIC experience
In this role, you will:
✅ Serve as a first-line HR advisor to leaders and employees
✅ Conduct investigations and guide corrective actions
✅ Analyze HR data to support operational improvements
✅ Support performance management, onboarding, and compliance initiatives
What you bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of progressive HR experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills
Pay: $1,450.00 - $1,600.00 per week
