About The Role
The Human Resources Generalist at Circuit Check will be a vital member of the HR Shared Services Department, supporting a global workforce of over 230 employees. This fully onsite position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, and payroll support. The role demands strong judgment, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures across all levels of the organization. As the face of HR on-site, the Generalist will also work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Experience with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR disciplines including employee relations, recruiting, and talent management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Physical ability to perform typical office tasks and work in manufacturing environments as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary positions, including job postings, interviews, and scheduling
- Oversee onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, system access, onboarding plans, and policy review
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on policy interpretation and employment law compliance
- Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal programs
- Participate in benefit plan design meetings and communicate benefit options to employees
- Maintain and update employee records related to hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment changes
- Support payroll processing activities, acting as backup for ADP WFN payroll system
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals and initiatives
- Support and refine HR processes and standard operating procedures
- Work closely with management and staff to foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve retention
- Address employee relations issues by investigating and following up appropriately
