HR Generalist

About This Role

Managing the daily human resources operations is the core of this role, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. The position requires ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee engagement activities, and onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Good knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred
