Responsibilities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
- Maintain employee data including personal information, job changes, time tracking, and benefit elections
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help manage all benefits and programs
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct new hire orientations
- Manage the summer internship program
- Assist hiring managers with job reqs, engage with agencies, managing the interview process, extend offers, and initiate background checks
- Work with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain HR procedures and processes
- Complete special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of HR operations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Experience managing an internship program
Salary Range $120,000-$150,000
