HR Generalist

About This Role

This HR Generalist role provides essential support to all hourly and salaried employees across the facility, ensuring effective communication and administration. The position involves coordinating training, maintaining employee data, and assisting the HR Director with various tasks, including hiring, firing, and company education procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all hourly and salaried employees through effective communication and administration across all functions of the facility
• Carry out responsibilities as directed by the HR Director
• Coordinate all required classes and administer all online training courses to employees
• Assist HR Director in maintaining the goals and objectives of the organization
• Work directly with and assist the human resources director to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks
• Track and maintain all employee data
• Monitor and ensure compliance with facility licensing entities
• Communicate training information to management and others as needed
• Ensure notifications are sent out timely
• Ensure staff are scheduled and recertified timely
• Report deficiencies for appropriate actions
• Coordinate, collaborate and participate in human resource initiatives and programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years experience required
• One year of clinical experience in an RTC setting
• One year of group facilitation experience

Nice to have:

• 5-8 years experience
• Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness
