About the role
- Position: HR Executive (HR Operations | Payroll | L&D)
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Working hours: 5 days | Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Dental Benefits + Medical Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Construction | Building Materials Distributor
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum HR operations including payroll, leave, benefits, work passes, onboarding and offboarding.
- Support manpower planning, HR reporting, confirmation, contract renewal, salary review and performance appraisal exercises.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate annual training plans.
- Maintain training records, training matrix, grants, claims and sponsorship matters.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
- Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and work pass administration would be advantageous
- Exposure to Learning & Development | training coordination preferred
- ISO 13485 knowledge will be an advantage
