About the role
- Position: HR Executive (Construction / Foreign Workers / Payroll)
- Location: Kranji Loop
- Working hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience): S$4,000–S$5,000 + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Construction Materials / Engineered Surfaces
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and offboarding.
- Process payroll, leave, benefits and employee insurance matters.
- Handle foreign-worker work passes, dormitories and related administration.
- Coordinate CSOC, CoreTrade and mandatory worker certifications.
- Maintain HR and payroll records using the Info-Tech HR system.
- Handle WIC and medical insurance claims.
- Ensure HR and foreign-worker administration is carried out in accordance with MOM, CPF and BCA requirements.
- Support employee relations, HR reporting and office administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least three years of HR operations or generalist experience.
- Experience in payroll, work passes and foreign-worker administration.
- Construction experience and knowledge of CSOC/CoreTrade are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the Info-Tech HR system will be highly advantageous
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment and MOM requirements.
