About the role
- Position: HR Executive
- Location: Kallang (near to Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Construction and Telecommunications
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems/databases.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.
- Administer leave, attendance, medical claims and employee benefits.
- Handle work-pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
- Support employee-relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances and exit procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Familiar with work-pass administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
