Leading the Human Resources function for a U.S.-headquartered multinational industrial manufacturer in Vietnam is the core of this role, encompassing both existing operations in Ho Chi Minh City and the establishment of HR infrastructure for a new factory build. This senior HR position reports to global HR leadership and involves close collaboration with local and corporate management, requiring a leader who can transition from managing established HR to building a greenfield manufacturing operation from the ground up, including workforce plans, staffing models, policies, pay structures, and mass hiring.
