HR Director

About This Role

This director-level role leads all human resources operations for a pioneering real-estate developer, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to development. The HR Director will develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and foster a positive, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process to ensure the selection of top-quality candidates
• Develop and manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and analyze employee data and make data-driven decisions
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Arabic
