HR Coordinator

About This Role

This HR Coordinator role involves managing daily HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The position also supports health and safety, quality management, and audit preparations, suiting a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and hiring documentation
• Manage new-hire documentation, orientation, training coordination, exit processes, and employee file updates
• Maintain confidential employee records, attendance and leave documentation, HR databases, and personnel files
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR policies, performance reviews, employee relations, and related documentation
• Track employee training, certifications, and mandatory requirements
• Assist with health and safety and quality audits by organizing documentation, maintaining records, and tracking corrective actions
• Prepare HR reports, monitor deadlines, and support management with HR and compliance-related activities
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or HR administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting health and safety or quality audits
• Experience with HR systems and document management platforms
• Experience in manufacturing or the oil and gas industry
