HR Coordinator

This HR Coordinator role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR activities within a busy manufacturing environment. It is a varied, hands-on position that requires working closely with managers and employees to support people processes and strengthen HR systems and practices. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviews, and employment offers
• Manage onboarding, inductions, and employee documentation
• Prepare employment agreements and HR correspondence
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support managers with attendance, leave, and employee matters
• Assist with employee relations processes and employment compliance
• Coordinate training, payroll information, and HR reporting
• Help improve HR processes and systems

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related people-focused role
• Strong organisational skills, communication, and attention to detail
• Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Confident managing competing priorities and working independently
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Knowledge of NZ employment practices would be an advantage
