About This Role
This HR Coordinator role supports a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The coordinator will help improve the functional ability of each individual by focusing on their needs and partnering with physicians, patients, and their families to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Quickly learn the company’s working structure, culture, policies, and strategies
- Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives
- Read, interpret, analyze, and apply information
- Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Articulate reasoning behind actions to Director and other management personnel
- Provide a high level of customer service and drive customer service orientation to staff
- Maintain strictest confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
Requirements
- Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
- 1+ year of Human Resources experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
