HR Coordinator

About This Role

This HR Coordinator role supports the human resources department of a 5-star hotel, handling recruitment, personnel administration, and compliance with labor laws. It suits an organized and discreet professional with experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process (posting ads, managing CVs, coordinating interviews)
• Manage personnel files
• Prepare HR contracts, documents, and reports
• Monitor staff leave, absences, and attendance in ERGANI
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Participate in the organization of training, evaluations, and corporate activities
• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR position (preferably in a corporate environment)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Very good use of MS Office
• Organizational skills, discretion, and professional conduct
• Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll procedures
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the company
