HR Consultant

About This Role

Being an HR Consultant involves advising and supporting managers and employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle within a designated region. This role is responsible for the operational HR support for recruitments, personnel planning, development, and performance, as well as for employment law issues. The position starts on March 1, 2027, or by agreement, due to the upcoming retirement of a long-serving colleague.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers and employees along the entire employee life cycle in the assigned region
• Be responsible for operational HR support in recruitment, personnel planning, development, performance, and employment law matters
• Act as a sparring partner for managers in demanding leadership, organizational, and change topics, as well as in discussion and conflict situations
• Implement the HR strategy and actively participate in HR projects and the further development of HR processes
• Analyze and interpret HR key figures and reports, and conduct training and workshops on HR topics

Requirements

• Sound further education in Human Resources, e.g., HR specialist with a federal certificate, DAS/MAS HRM, and several years of experience in a comparable HR function
• Strong consulting and service orientation, as well as enjoyment of working with diverse people and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of modern HR systems, digital processes, and contemporary recruiting channels
• Networked thinking and a good sense for operational contexts and different needs
• Independent and solution-oriented personality with initiative, team spirit, and a desire for continuous development
