About This Role
This HR Consultant role is for an HR professional who thrives on variety, responsibility, and diverse HR challenges. The position involves switching between different organizations, using knowledge, decisiveness, and entrepreneurship to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise organizations on various operational and tactical HR issues
- Work on themes such as inflow, throughflow, outflow, absenteeism, performance, development, and sustainable employability
- Advise on employment conditions, collective labor agreements, and laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policy, HR instruments, and improvements in HR processes
- Execute various HR projects, independently or with another HR Consultant
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help organizations set up HR smarter and more professionally
