About the role
- Manage disciplinary and employee relations matters, including misconduct, attendance, and performance issues
- Advise management on fair and appropriate disciplinary actions
- Conduct workplace investigations and prepare investigation reports, including drafting warning, suspension, and termination letters
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts, working closely with department managers to resolve issues
- Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws, MOM requirements, and company policies
- Maintain knowledge of RBA standards and support related audits, investigations, and corrective action plans
- Maintain confidential and accurate employee records and documentation
Job requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor related industry
- Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations, RBA code of conduct and social compliance requirements
- Possess good communication, investigation and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
