About the role
Your responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR business partner to local management, aligning HR strategy with business needs
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, development, culture, and complex HR challenges
- Lead and support organizational development, change, and transformation initiatives
- Drive culture, values, and leadership principles in partnership with site and BU leadership
- Ensure smooth execution of all processes throughout the full employee life cycle in close cooperation with Global Operations & Digital Solutions and Centers of Excellence
- Manage employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance and effective collaboration with the works council
- Support talent, performance, succession, learning, and leadership development processes together with the respective Center of Excellence
- Oversee HR analytics, support compensation and rewards topics, and contribute to HR projects, employer branding, and process improvements
Your profile
- BSc/MSc degree in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in multinational environment
- Experience in automotive industry is advantage
- Experience with transformation processes
- Experience managing predominantly technical functions
- Experience dealing with complex matrix structures is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor law and proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on delivering impact
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, clear, and empathetic approach
