HR Assistant

About This Role

This HR administrative role supports various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll preparation, and policy implementation. The assistant handles employee inquiries, coordinates with other departments on HR matters, and maintains the confidentiality of HR records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and other HR documents
• Assist in the onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, leaves, overtime, and other attendance-related records
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, notices, and other personnel-related forms
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and other HR-related concerns
• Coordinate with other departments regarding employee matters and administrative requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience in HR or administrative work
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work on-site and perform administrative tasks as required
