About This Role

This HR Assistant position is a temporary, 60-day assignment focused on converting employee personnel records from paper to an electronic system. The role is critical for maintaining accurate, secure, and organized employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and record retention requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversion of employee personnel records from paper files to an electronic personnel file system
• Maintain accurate, secure, and organized employee records
• Support compliance with company policies and record retention requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired
• Strong communication skills
• General office and/or Personnel related experience is required
• 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred
• Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Schedule: 8-hour day shift
• Contract: temporary, 60-day assignment
