THE ROLE
Room Attendants are the backbone of a great hotel experience. You will clean, inspect, and prepare guest rooms to Hampton by Hilton standards each day. This is a physically active role that rewards hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Availability on both weekdays and weekends is required.
SHIFT SCHEDULE
- Primary Shift: Approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (varies by occupancy)
- Weekday and weekend availability required
- Holiday coverage expected
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Clean and inspect assigned guest rooms to Hampton by Hilton brand standards
- Make beds, change linens and towels, vacuum, dust, and deep-clean bathrooms
- Restock all in-room amenities and supplies to standard
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost and found items promptly
- Update room status accurately and communicate with the front desk team
- Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage closets
- Assist with laundry, public area cleaning, and deep-clean projects as needed
- Treat every guest room like it belongs to someone important — because it does
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred — but not required; we will train you
- A strong eye for detail and a high personal standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and pace yourself across a full room board
- Physical stamina — this role involves standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
