About This Role

Bringing comfort and care to residents in a skilled nursing facility through a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is the core of this housekeeping job. You will help make the facility feel like home by cleaning resident rooms and other community areas, providing efficient laundry delivery services, and assisting in maintaining a positive physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas
• Provide efficient laundry delivery services
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent (guidance and resources can be provided to help earn a GED)
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
