Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed.
- Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
