The House Patient Care Coordinator serves as a clinical nursing resource, coordinates staffing and patient flow, addresses safety and operational concerns, and supports admissions, transfers, and discharges. More than 50% of the role is dedicated to coordinating and supporting direct patient care activities within the Nursing Administration Department.
