Position:
RN House Operations Administrator
Hours:
Part-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient care protocols, conducting educational sessions, mentoring staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN ensures compliance with regulations, advocates for high-quality care, addresses patient and family concerns, and stays current with nursing research and best practices. Key responsibilities include developing evidence-based protocols, maintaining accurate records, and supporting regulatory audits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care
- Current Illinois RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
