Role Overview:
A Registered Nurse (RN) House Operations Administrator provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support within a healthcare setting. The role involves serving as a clinical expert, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care protocols and outcomes. The RN will conduct educational sessions, participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and advocate for high-quality patient care. Maintaining accurate records and assisting in regulatory audits are key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical, surgical, or critical care
- Current Illinois RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data, develop evidence-based practices, and ensure regulatory compliance
