In this vital role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing top-notch transportation services. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions to check-in areas
- Safely operate standard passenger cars and other vehicles to transport guests within the property or nearby locations
- Assist with heavy lifting of luggage and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
- Maintain pubic area cleanliness indoors and out so our guests are always met with a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate transportation needs and provide exceptional guest service
- Support automotive service tasks when needed, including basic vehicle inspections or assisting with minor maintenance requests
- Communicate with sales and management on meeting room needs to gain details on how to setup the rooms for upcoming meetings.
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars; clean driving record required
- Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse guests and team members
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and outdoor activity requirements

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
