We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable hotel in Victoria Island

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Supervise and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality, safety, and company standards.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy, customer retention, and revenue.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of hotel operations, hospitality standards, and business management.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
