Job Description
- Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth, efficient and consistent delivery across all departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence by maintaining brand standards and promptly addressing guest feedback.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team, fostering a positive, engaged and performance-driven work culture.
- Monitor hotel financial performance, including revenue, profitability, departmental costs and budget adherence.
- Drive revenue and occupancy performance in coordination with Sales, Revenue Management and other commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, statutory requirements, health, safety and security guidelines.
- Review operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, efficiency and overall hotel performance.
- Coordinate with all HODs to ensure effective manpower planning, training, resource utilization and succession planning.
- Manage vendor, stakeholder and corporate relationships to ensure operational continuity and cost effectiveness.
- Represent the hotel professionally and support strategic initiatives, projects and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably with 3–5 years in a senior management/HOD role.
- Strong experience in Rooms Division, F&B and overall hotel operations.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of guest service standards and hotel brand standards.
- Experience in team leadership, manpower planning and employee development.
- Good understanding of revenue management, sales and commercial strategies.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, statutory compliance and hotel audits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/operational systems.
