Hotel Manager

About the role

A'trium of Antipolo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead operations at our hospitality establishment in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability across all hotel departments. As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from front-of-house services to back-of-house management, while fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards
• Managing and supervising all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security
• Setting and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and revenue goals whilst maintaining cost control measures
• Recruiting, training, mentoring and evaluating hotel staff to ensure high levels of service and professionalism
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing complaints, and implementing improvements based on feedback
• Maintaining and upgrading hotel facilities, equipment, and amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services
• Preparing reports on hotel performance, occupancy rates, revenue, and staffing matters
• Managing health, safety and security protocols to protect guests and staff

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership roles
• Proven track record in increasing revenue, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent customer service orientation and proven ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, booking platforms, and relevant hospitality software
• Sound understanding of financial management, P&L statements, and business analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Filipino
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Certification in hospitality management or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Experience managing full-service hotels or similar establishments would be preferred
