Hotel Manager

Job Summary

The Hotel Manager is fully responsible for the overall daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, service quality, staff management, safety compliance, cost control and revenue improvement. The role ensures stable, standardized and high-quality hotel operation and maintains good guest reputation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full hotel daily operations, establish standard operating procedures and service rules;
• Supervise front desk check-in, check-out, booking management and guest relationship maintenance;
• Control housekeeping quality, room hygiene, equipment maintenance and overall room comfort;
• Recruit, schedule, train and evaluate hotel staff, build a professional and stable service team;
• Manage daily operational costs, inventory and purchasing to improve profit efficiency;
• Supervise hotel safety, security, fire prevention and environmental hygiene in compliance with local regulations;
• Handle guest complaints and emergency situations to maintain hotel reputation;
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and improve hotel occupancy rate and overall performance.

Job Requirements

• with solid experience in hotel, guesthouse or club management;
• Familiar with full hotel operation procedures, service management and cost control;
• Strong communication skills, stable personality and good pressure resistance;
• Basic Indonesian communication skills for daily local work coordination;
• Trustworthy, responsible, disciplined and with good work ethics;
• Able to work flexible shifts and work long-term stably.
