Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
• Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently and professionally to promote guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations will help you excel in this role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving skills
