Being the welcoming face of the hotel and providing exceptional guest services are the core of this role. The Hotel Front Desk Agent will ensure smooth operations and create memorable experiences for guests from the moment they arrive. This position suits a professional with warmth and energy who can manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software such as OPERA
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to maintain safety and security for all guests and staff
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain high service standards
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support personalized service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is preferred
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
