Hotel Front Desk Agent

About This Role

As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will create a welcoming first impression and help guests enjoy a smooth stay. You will manage check-ins and checkouts, respond to questions, and coordinate with hotel teams to resolve guest needs. Clear, attentive service helps guests feel supported and keeps their stay running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations, and process check-ins and checkouts using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) AutoClerk
• Answer calls with professional phone etiquette, share accurate information, and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
• Handle requests and concerns with customer service problem-solving, and coordinate guest services with relevant hotel teams
• Maintain reservation and guest records and follow hotel emergency procedures
• Build positive guest relations through attentive front desk service and hospitality

Requirements

• Customer service, client communication, and phone communication skills; a guest-focused approach to hospitality
• Front desk, hotel experience, or guest services experience is required
• Familiarity with hotel management, hospitality management, hospitality reservation systems, or PMS is required
• Ability to follow hotel emergency procedures and handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
