Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to enhance their stay experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support guest relations and hotel operations

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices
• Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests over the phone and in person
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking under pressure
