Hotel Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries by phone and in person
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Issue room keys and provide hotel and area information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Desired Experience:

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar setting
• Previous front desk or hotel experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or POS systems is helpful
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working independently or as part of a team
• Professional appearance and communication skills
