About the role
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival.
- Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible.
- Inspect tables for proper presentation.
- When the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest’s information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time.
- Notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready.
- Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
- Make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table.
- Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the server’s name.
- Handle food: chips and salsa.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings.

- Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to guests and other team members.
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
