What You'll Do
- Welcome each guest with a warm smile, ensuring their experience starts on a high note.
- Manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and guide guests to their tables with finesse.
- Keep the flow of the dining area smooth, managing wait times and providing updates to guests as a Host/Hostess.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar host or guest-facing role is preferred but not required.
- A naturally friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages like Dutch are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
