About This Role
This Hospitality Specialist role ensures that team members and guests have access to coffee and that kitchen areas are clean and well-stocked with supplies. It involves daily maintenance of coffee stations, inventory management, and cleanliness of various common areas.
Responsibilities
- Have coffee ready on each main kitchen by 8am daily and maintain coffee in all kitchens throughout the day
- Maintain kitchen stock (sugar/creamers/forks/spoons/knives/coffee/cups/towels/etc) on specified floors
- Keep kitchen counters/coffee bars wiped down
- Notify Leader of low inventory of kitchen/VIP room supplies for additional ordering
- Complete ServiceNow tickets that relate to coffee requests/setups when requests appear
- Keep adequate stock of kitchen supplies under the counters in kitchens
- Maintain VIP rooms cleanliness and stock all items inside the room
- Keep training rooms/executive meetings coffee filled throughout the day if needed
