About This Role

Working in a unique, heritage-rich environment, the Hospitality Professional welcomes and assists guests across banqueting, conference, golf club, and palace museum operations. This role ensures a high standard of customer service and overall guest satisfaction, combining premium guest services with diverse business activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations and event setups
• Support food and beverage service
• Respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
• Collaborate with team members and management to uphold service standards
• Handle guest feedback
• Contribute to smooth operational workflows
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Follow company policies
• Participate in training to consistently improve service quality

Requirements

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional conduct
• Clear and courteous communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and hospitality service standards in a premium or heritage setting
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara on a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Previous experience in hotels, clubs, events, or related hospitality environments is an advantage
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer literacy for handling reservations, event coordination, and internal communication

• Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
