About This Role

This Hospitality Officer role is central to the client experience, bringing a positive attitude, organizational skills, and friendliness to every interaction. You will be the main point of contact between various stakeholders in a prestigious environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and dynamic welcome to clients/residents and their guests with kindness, professionalism, and proactivity
• Guide and support employees in their service requests to meet their needs
• Ensure the premises are well-maintained to guarantee a welcoming environment
• Manage package deliveries
• Program and organize monthly events and activities with the Hospitality team, including creating visuals to encourage participation and assisting with deployment on the day of the event
• Embody Haveagooday's values and contribute to maintaining a positive company image

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a hotel, high-end reception, or premium corporate hospitality environment
• Positive attitude: Enthusiastic, dynamic, and smiling, you bring energy everywhere you go
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills, and a sense of service
• Versatility: You are capable of demonstrating versatility and performing various tasks
• Team player: You have a sense of teamwork and will sometimes work in pairs, adapting your working style to others
• Hospitality: 3 years of experience (Required)
• French (Required)
• English (Required)
• Dutch (Optional)
