Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage, and gaming, where applicable
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
