About This Role
Hospitality professionals at all levels are invited to join a growing team at a premier golf and sports club. The role involves working across food and beverage, gaming, supervision, and kitchen operations, with opportunities for both experienced individuals and those looking to develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide energetic and customer-focused service in bar and gaming operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy team environment
- Lead by example, manage team members, and oversee hospitality operations
- Deliver quality meals to members and guests in the Bunker Café & Bar
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment with excellent teamwork and organisational skills
- Work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
Requirements
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential) for Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants and Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Gaming attendant experience highly regarded for Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong customer service skills for Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate for Food & Beverage Attendants / Gaming Attendants
- Advanced RCG certification will be highly regarded for Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Previous supervisory or hospitality leadership experience preferred for Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Strong communication and team management skills for Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings for Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Passion for food and hospitality for Chef / Cook
- Previous chef or cook experience highly regarded for Chef / Cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for Chef / Cook
- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills for Chef / Cook
- Formal qualifications are highly regarded for Chef / Cook; however, applications from motivated candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills are welcome
