About the role
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, following care plans and physicians’ orders while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing individualized care plans with medical interventions and measurable goals.
- Educating clients and families based on specific needs.
- Training primary caregivers to optimize client care.
- Coordinating ongoing care through documentation and communication with physicians and caregivers.
- Delivering home-based care using skills such as assessment, wound care, infusions, catheter management, and PICC line dressing changes.
Qualifications And Skills
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
- Valid CPR or BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: Medicare skilled nursing experience, basic Oasis knowledge, and at least 1 year of RN experience.
