Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating clients and families, orienting caregivers, and coordinating ongoing care through documentation and communication with healthcare providers. Key skills involve assessment, patient education, wound care, infusions, and catheter management.
Applicants must hold an active RN license in the applicable state, possess valid CPR and driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include Medicare Skilled Nursing experience, familiarity with Oasis, and at least one year of RN experience in healthcare settings.
