SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for caregiving opportunities in Dedham, MA. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and reliable weekly pay, we have an immediate need for qualified caregivers.

What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate in-home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
- Light housekeeping
- Daily routines and other non-medical support
- Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
