Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Report changes in client condition to the nursing team
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred)
- CNA experience welcomed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Excellent communication and time management skills
