What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support in a client's home. Depending on the client's care plan, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Running errands and assisting with grocery shopping
• Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia
• Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Current TB test
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team
• Ability to provide personal care while treating every client with dignity and respect
• Ability to meet all applicable state and company employment requirements
• Ability to successfully complete required background, driving, and/or drug screening as applicable

Home care, senior care, personal care, CNA, HHA, assisted living, memory care, or dementia care experience is valued.
