Gardenview Home Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and committed to supporting individuals with their daily needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers if needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and agency policies
Requirements
- Active HHA license
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Compassionate and patient centered.
- Ability to assist with daily living activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both with the patient and care team.
